Each Circle is a standalone experience, held once per season, combining seasonal awareness, mindfulness, and a thoughtfully prepared shared meal.
The Circle Experience
During each Circle, you will:
Gather around a shared meal prepared with seasonal, mindful intention
Practice intentional eating, noticing sensations, flavors, and fullness cues
Engage in reflection and gentle discussion about the season, nourishment, and mindful living
Participate in seasonal rituals or sensory practices that enhance awareness and presence
