Muffins & Mantras is more than a bakery — it is a mindfulness-centered space where nourishment, awareness, and community come together. These services are rooted in mindfulness, seasonal awareness, and Ayurvedic principles, taught by someone with certifications in Yoga, Reiki and Ayurvedic Nutrition and experience in guiding intentional wellness practices.
While the setting may include baked goods or food-adjacent experiences, the programs themselves are educational, mindfulness-based, and thoughtfully designed to support awareness and presence around eating.
